🟣Create a Task from a Hazard/Defect

Create a task for completion before the hazard/Defect can be resolved.

Admins can generate a Task linked to the Hazard/Defect, assign the task to one or more team members, include a due date and easily track the progress.

Creating a task from a Hazard/Defect

  1. From the asset page, select the Maintenance tab, then Hazard/Defect Register

  2. On the desired Hazard or defect, select Create task

  3. Edit the text body, flag as high priority, tag a team member, set the due date and add notes to the timeline.

  4. Users assigned to a task will receive a notification and be able to access the task from the app.
