Asset ToDo (task) Lists

Information about creating task on assets for you and your crew.

Admins can create tasks, assign crew, allocate due dates, contribute to the timeline and mark as completed.

Create a new task

  1. From the Asset Dashboard, scroll down to the ToDo list and select "Add a Task".

  2. Add the details, tagged crew, and a due date if required.

  3. When you hit "Save New Task" any tagged users will receive an in-app notification.

  4. All tasks for the asset will appear for all crew on the asset in the ToDo list feature in the app, and the crew assigned are noted on the task. Crew can then add to the time line or mark as resolved from in the app.
