The glue that binds OffshoreSMS together, TRIPS are an integral part of the process of effectively managing your assets and crew.

The Trip feature allows you and app users to:

• Track actual start and finish times

• Complete start up and shut down checks

• Regularly update plant hours to track servicing requirements

• Capture crewing details and raise alerts when training or qualifications are overdue

• Capture passenger and other cargo details

• Capture critical information for on-billing

• Create detailed trip summaries capturing all events of the trip.

Scheduled Trips (add on feature):

The scheduled trip feature allows you to:

• Schedule any number of upcoming trips

• pre-populate these trips with important information for your team like:

  • Crew assigned to the trip

  • Anticipated departure and return times

  • Task for the day

  • Passenger manifests
