Live Activity Feed

The Live Activity Feed window displays a running log of ALL interactions with the asset, and initially loads the last 25 interactions. To View the next 25, click "Show More", and continue as needed.

The "View All Activity" button takes you to the asset activity history page for that asset which initially displays the last 50 interactions. Click "Load more" to continue loading the next 50.

Asset Status Window:

  1. Subscription Status: The status and due date of the asset's subscription. See Billing for information about managing the asset's subscription.

  2. Audit Status: Whether or not the asset is included in the nightly audits, which populates the data Fleet Alerts and the SMS Health Tracker features.

  3. Tags: The Asset Tags assigned to the asset.

  4. Asset Status: Admins can update the status of the asset for app users. Admins can select either:

    1. Online: The asset profile functions as normal

    2. Warning: In the app, the asset gets a flag added to it's title tile, and users must acknowledge the warning message before proceeding into the asset

    3. : In the app, the asset gets a flag added to it's title tile and no users can access the asset.

    4. For Warning and Offline Status, admins can add a custom warning message to appear if a user clicks on the asset in the app, and set an end date for the status.

  5. Current trip: The widget spins if an app user has started a trip.
