Getting set up on the App

Get set up to use our powerful app to complete all of your daily logs, checks, inductions and SMS requirements.

The app is designed for asset crew to use in the field. They can complete logs, view log history and information about the asset and much else!

Step 1: Download the OffshoreSMS app

You and all the members of your team including crew and admin people, will need to have the App with your own free personal profile.

Step 2: Create a FREE user profile

Make sure every member of your team has their own personal user profile. Users manage theire own personal profile information it's 100% free to create.

You just need an email address and a mobile phone number that can accept text messages for security purposes.

Step 3: Log in as an existing user

If you have already created a profile in the past, you can log in to the mobile phone app or the web dashboard without needing to create a new account.

Step 4: Connect to an asset

WARNING: There should be only one asset profile for each asset, which all crew connect to. Avoid creating duplicates if the profile has already been created by someone else.
