Information about creating and assigning task on assets for you and your crew.
Admins can create tasks, assign crew, allocate due dates, contribute to the timeline and mark as completed.
Create a new task
From the Asset Dashboard, scroll down to the Task list and select "Add a Task".
Add the details, tag in crew, a due date if required, and mark as high priority if required.
When you hit "Save New Task" any tagged users will receive an in-app notification.
All tasks for the asset will appear for all crew on the asset in the "Asset Tasks" icon on the asset's home screen in the app, and the crew assigned are noted on the task. Crew can then add to the timeline or mark as completed from in the app.
