Fleet Info & profile

The fleet information window displays the key information for the fleet.

Managing Fleet Information

Only users with Full Admin permission are able to access and edit the fleet information and profile settings.

1. From your fleet home page, either select "Manage Fleet Profile" at the top of the page, or select "Fleet Info Dashboard" from the left hand menu then select "Manage Fleet Profile".

2. Use the menu on the left to choose which sections and setting to edit:

Fleet Logos

This is where you can upload an image for the fleet thumbnail, and for the logo at top of the web dashboard on all pages (replaces the OffshoreSMS logo).

General Settings

Choose to activate or hide the fleet noticeboard for all users. The fleet noticeboard is a place to post fleetwide messages for your admin team. Smaller admin teams may not require this feature.

Add a custom statement to appear on the fleet dashboard for all users.

Activity History

A running log of every interaction with assets or people in your fleet, either from the app or the web dashboard.

Primary Admins

Choose who of your team is a Primary Administrator. You can have multiple Primary Admins if required.

Note: Only Primary Admins can change this.

Restricted Admins

Update and manage the Advanced Restricted Admin Permission settings.
