Manage other important dates and reminders that require an alert in the system.

This feature is for custom events and reminders. To view all date related events and alerts, see the Asset Dashboard

App users will see the date in the asset calendar and the alerts list when it falls within the alert window.

If they are assigned a role with EDIT permission, they can update the date and details form in-app.

See General Settings and Info for information on changing the alert window period.

Events and reminders can be one-off dates, or repeating.

Creating and managing Events and Reminders:

  1. From the assets page, select the Information tab, then "Events & Reminders"

  2. Click "Add Event/reminder" or "Edit" on an existing event to open the event window.

  3. Add your details and remember to set the due date, and choose whether or not to repeat the event and how often.

  4. Hit "Save".
