🔦SMS Audits

We've created a nightly audit feature that scans all "audited" assets in your fleet every night and updates the data on the fleet dashboard. Follow the steps below to set this up.

The SMS audit is a quantitative guide only. Each part of the SMS should be carefully reviewed at least annually.

When an audit is run on an asset, the audit tool will scan all of the active sections of that asset and return a tally of how many content items are in each section.

Note that this is a purely quantitative analysis, and content is not scanned for quality.

Important note: Only assets that are ASSIGNED TO A GROUP can be added to the nightly audit list.

Only data from AUDITED ASSETS contribute to both the SMS Health Tracker, and the Fleet Alerts.

We recommend only including assets in regular use.

You can also manage the parameters for the audit:

Click on the black Set Parameters button to choose whether a particular item is included in the scan, and what you feel the threshold should be for a 100% score.

Adding assets to the nightly audit list:

1 - Make sure that you have at least one group with an asset in it.

2 - Navigate to the audits page to manage the assets included in the nightly audit.

3- Toggle ON or OFF each asset as required.
