Manage the card/s used for subscription payments

Key Information

We do NOT collect or store billing or credit card information on our servers, but instead use Square APIs for all web product purchases and subscriptions, which is why it appears with the data obscured:

Only Full admins are able to view and manage the card and billing features

Adding a card:

1. From the "Manage Billing" page, select the "Saved Cards" tab.

2. Select "Add New Card".

3. Enter the card details and click "Verify Card".

4. If the system likes your card, it will appear in the list of saved cards

Deleting a card:

1. From the "Manage Billing" page, select the "Saved Cards" tab.

2. Hover your cursor over the card to reveal the "Delete" icon, then click there.

3. Click "Yes, Delete" when prompted.
