Upgrade or Renew asset subscriptions

Information on how to upgrade or renew the subscription plan for an existing asset.

Only users with Full Admin permission are able to manage the billing and subscriptions

(If you have created the asset profile you will automatically be a full administrator).

All information and logs remain with an asset even if it expires. As soon as it is renewed, you will have access to it again.

The payment summary calculates the difference to the annual fleet renewal amount multiplied by the fraction of the time remaining on the current fleet subscription.

Upgrade or renew an existing asset's subscription.

Click Manage Billing

From your fleet home page, select the money icon, bottom left of screen.

! Check your card details

Click on the "Saved Cards" tab, then add new credit or debit card details, or check and update the existing card details as required.

Click the Billing Matrix tab

Adjust each asset's plan as required

Select the plan/s you want for each asset, then proceed to check out (only for upgrade plans), or click save.

View Cart and Pay

Use your saved card to pay for any upgraded plans.

Your asset subscription status will be updated once payment is approved.
