Upgrade or Renew asset subscriptions

Information on how to upgrade or renew the subscription plan for an existing asset.

All information and logs remain with an asset even if it expires. As soon as it is renewed, you will have access to it again.

Upgrade or renew an existing asset's subscription.

Click Manage Billing

From your fleet home page, select the money icon, bottom left of screen.

! Check your card details

Click on the "Saved Cards" tab, then add new credit or debit card details, or check and update the existing card details as required.

Select the asset/s you want to upgrade

Click on the "Assets" tab and click on the asset's tile.

Choose the plan

Select the plan you want, then "Add to Cart".

Repeat as required if for more assets.

View Cart and Pay

Click "View Cart" then "Pay Now", or select the "New Orders" tab and click "Pay Now".

Your asset subscription status will be updated once payment is approved.
