Cancelling a subscription
How to cancel your asset's OffshoreSMS Subscription.

Option 1: Delete the asset.

Option 2: Let the subscription lapse
Allow the subscription to expire without renewing. Ensure you do not have the Auto renew option selected. See Enable/Disable auto-renewal for more information
Option 3: Request a partial refund.
Use the π° menu icon, top right of screen, to access Help and Support, where you can submit a support ticket to request a cancellation and refund for the remainder of your subscription period. Remember to include the asset name.
