Key Information

Primarily for external maintenance personnel, the Supplier portal allows contractors to see the maintenance issues on an asset and contribute to the maintenance records.

Your fleet Suppliers page is where you can manage the information and access to your asset groups for external organisations and individual members of those organisations.

The Supplier page has 2 sections:

  1. Suppliers, which are the Supplier Organisations connected to your fleet, and

  2. Supplier Members, who are the individuals within the Supplier organisations.

Members can be added to multiple Suppliers.

Suppliers can be given access to multiple Groups (see Grouping Assets)

All Members of the Supplier will have access to all Groups that the Supplier has access to, and access to all Assets within those Groups.

TIP: Assets can be in multiple groups so, to give a Supplier access to only one asset, create a new group and add the desired asset to the group, then assign the supplier access to the new group.

Suppliers Dashboard

Supplier Members have a separate Fleet Dashboard where they can only view and contribute to the:

  • Defect register

  • Planned maintenance

  • General maintenance

Suppliers simply log into the OffshoreSMS web dashboard as normal, and the fleet will be in their list of fleets, with a green background. This indicates that it is a Supplier Dashboard, and not a Fleet Admin Dashboard.
