Information on setting up schedules and viewing drill records and matrixes

🧑‍🎓! Key Information:

APP USERS: Crew added to a trip who have drills overdue or not completed will prompt a warning to the user completing the log. They must acknowledge this warning before they can proceed with the log.

• Drills can only be logged from the app.

• Drill schedules are unique to each asset, and are tracked per user

• The frequency indicates the maximum interval period that each team member must participate in the drill

• Admins can link SMS content to each drill for app users to reference when completing the drill log.

• Overdue drills will contribute to the users Crew Warnings

• Enterprise level customers also have the ability to link custom forms to training schedules. Click here for information about the Crew Training (Enterprise feature).

Managing the Drill schedules:

1. Go to the asset's home page then the "People" tab, then "Drills and Training"

2. 
3. Either select "+ Add Drill/Training" or, from an existing schedule, select "Edit". This will open the Edit window.

4. Work through each page, add a Drill name, some information, checklist items and link SMS content.

5. The last page allows you to set the frequency, by either number of weeks or months.

Remember: this will apply to each crew members frequency for each drill.

View the Drill History for the Asset:

1. To view the history of all DRILLS for the ASSET, select the blue "Past Drill Logs" on the right-hand side of the Drills and Training page.

2. Here you can filter by drill title, logged by or crew included using the filter settings at the top of the page.

View a Crew Members Drill History

To view all drills for a CREW MEMBER either use the filter option above, OR:

1. From the asset's home page in the "People" tab, select "Manage All Crew"

2. From the tile of the crew member you would like to view, select "Drills".

3. You can click on each drill to view all the details, and filter by individual drill using the option on the right.

Note: The filter feature will only search the list of drills currently loaded, which is limited to the last 50 drills. To search further back, select the "Load More" button

View the Drill Matrix for an asset

The Drill Matrix allows you see at a glance who has and has not completed the required drills on board the asset.

1. From the asset's home page in the "People" tab, select "Manage All Crew".

2. Select the "Drills Matrix" Tab at the top of the page then "Load Drills Matrix". Depending on the number of crew and the number of drills, this may take a moment or two.
