Creating a scheduled or upcoming trip

Information about how to use the Scheduled Trips function.

Create a new scheduled trip:

1. From the asset's home page, select the Manage Trips tab, then "Scheduled Trips".

2. Select "+ Schedule a Trip" at the bottom of the page.

3. In the popup window enter the:

   1. Trip Name or brief description. (I.E. reef charter, barge tow etc)

   2. Select the anticipated date and time of the trip Start

   3. Enter a departure point

   4. Add trip notes (optional)

   5. Check the applicable settings for the trip:

      1. Public access (typically for passengers or other persons)

      2. Enable passenger manifests

      3. Enable trip tasks - Coming soon

Once a scheduled trip is created, an App user can choose to activate the scheduled trip when they are ready.
