Complete a New Crew Induction

(Pro-Plan assets only).

Our New Crew inductions are designed as a tool to allow you to conduct and record on vessel (or other asset) familiarisation.

Only users assigned a role with the relevant permissions are able to complete the log, though any user who has been added to the asset can be included in the induction.

Completing a Crew induction:

  1. Go to the assets home page and select "Crew and Passengers", then "New Crew Induction"

  2. Choose from users linked to the asset, or enter the names of other persons.

  3. Check off each induction item by clicking on it. Once all relevant items have been checked, hit "Next". TIP: For more information on each checklist item, click the "i" icon.

  4. Extend the induction to other vessels in your fleet here if appropriate.

  5. Any crew you have included are required to sign.

  6. Add any notes, hit next then Save and Finish.
