View the asset alerts

Pro-Plan assets only.

Only users assigned roles with the necessary permission have access to the asset alerts

The asset alerts list includes the following items that are either almost due (appear ORANGE) or overdue (appear RED):

  • Inventory or equipment with expiry dates

  • Maintenance schedules

  • Un-resolved hazards/defects

  • Reminders or events

Senior crew should make it a habit to check these alerts regularly in order to ensure the asset is safe to operate, and compliant.

Click on the item to view more details and/or clear the alert.

Viewing the alerts:

  1. Go to the asset's home page and look for the triangle warning symbol top right of screen.

  2. Scroll through list and click on an item to view and/or resolve.

  3. Select "My Warnings" to see if you have any outstanding or overdue inductions or drills.
