View the asset alerts
Pro-Plan assets only.
Only users assigned roles with the necessary permission have access to the asset alerts
The asset alerts include the following items that are either almost due (appear in ORANGE) or overdue (appear in RED):
My Warnings (any drills, inductions or training due)
Maintenance (any scheduled maintenance due)
Defects (any open hazards or defects. You can also log new defects here)
Inventory (any expired or low stock inventory items)
Calendar (any due dates or other calendar events)
My Quals (your expired qualifications form your personal profile)
Senior crew should make it a habit to check these alerts regularly in order to ensure the asset is safe to operate, and compliant.
Click on the item to view more details and/or clear the alert.
Viewing the alerts:
Go to the asset's home page and look for the icons across the top of the screen
Any icons with badges have either due or overdue items.
Click on the section the select an item to view and/or resolve.
