Complete the vessel or asset Self Inductions

Instructions on how to complete the Self inductions.

The Self Inductions are a record of evidence for you, senior crew and your fleet administrators that you have read the fundamental content of the asset's Safety Management content.

If they are not completed it will flag in the system as an alert. When you are added to a trip, the person completing the log will be asked to acknowledge the fact that you have not completed these inductions before they can proceed with completing the log.

They will flag as due when the renewal period is nearing. This is set to annually by default, however it may be different in your organisation.

Competing the Self Inductions:

1. Open the vessel's page in the app

2. Select "Crew and Passengers"

3. Select "Self Inductions"

4. Select the area you wish to complete and step through each page as you read the content.

5. Sign at the end and click Save.

6. The self induction section should now display in green. Work your way through each section until they have all been completed
