How to manage crew access requests.

Providing the asset profile is not set to PRIVATE, anyone with an OffshoreSMS profile can request access to any of your assets.

See Crew Access Requests for information about doing this.

Once an access request has been submitted, administrators and other crew may receive a notification (either a device notification or an email, depending on the notification preferences).

Accept (or deny) crew access requests

  1. From the People tab in the asset, Select Manage All Crew. ! Pending requests will appear in the crew list.

  2. Click on accept then select the role required, or click deny if this person does not need access.

  3. The person will receive a notification once the notification is either accepted or denied.
