Details on enabling the settings to allow draft content to be approved by a second fleet admin.
Many customers have more robust version control procedures which require more than one approval. This feature means that edits or new content requires a second fleet administrator's approval before it is made visible for all users.
Only full admins can manage this setting.
This is a fleet-wide setting which applies to all asset unique content and all content in the fleet library.
Enable DRAFT mode and second admin approval
From the fleet home page, select Manage Fleet Profile
Go to the General Settings tab.
Check the box to "require full administrator approval"
Check the box to "Require a second administrator to approve DRAFT content"
