Creating fleet content

Information on creating fleet content.

Remember to be as specific as possible when writing your prompt, and check the results carefully!

Process:

  1. From your Fleet Dashboard, select "Fleet Content Library", or click the globe icon in the side bar menu.

  2. Choose a section.

  3. Select "+ Add Content" and choose to either write a new item, or choose from our list of helper content

  4. If you choose to write a new item, a pop-up window will appear where you can:

    1. Give your item a title.

    2. Type in your content, paste from your clipboard OR

    3. Use the AI content generator to build your new content. (it may take a second or two to begin writing after you've entered your prompt). Be sure to check the content generated carefully to ensure it is accurate and properly reflects your operation and risks.

    4. Add some coloured icons to focus the reader's attention where it's needed.

    5. You can also upload Photo's, PDF's or weblinks to include in the content item.

    6. If you are using tags, you should also assign them here.

  5. Click Save.
