🏷️Fleet Content Tags

Learn how to manage and use the fleet content tags

Tags are a great way for admins with lots of fleet content to group items and manage how and where it is assigned and shared.

Some examples of tags might be different operations, areas, regions or even classes of vessels.

I.E. a fleet may have different sized vessels in the fleet. They all will have a MOB procedure but the policy for the larger vessels is not the same as the procedure for the smaller vessels, so they might choose to write two MOB procedures, and tag one "Offshore" and one "Inshore". This way, when searching for a procedure to add to the vessels profile, the admin will know which policy is which, or they can simply apply a filter.

Creating tags:

  1. From your fleet home page, select "Fleet Content Library", or click the globe icon in the side bar menu.

  2. Click "Manage Tags" in the right hand menu.

  3. Type your new tag name, or edit existing tag by clicking the pencil edit icon.

Assigning Tags to content:

  1. From the Fleet content section (I.E. Safe Work Procedures)

  2. Click "Show tags" at the top to see any tags already assigned.

  3. Click "Edit" on the item you want to assign tags to.

  4. Scroll down to the Tags section and check the boxes required, then click Save.
