🔁Sharing/Assigning content to assets

Information on how to share your fleet content with one or more assets, and see which assets have which content shared with them.

Only full admins are able to assign content to assets from the fleet library.

Restricted admins may still be able to add/remove fleet items from individual assets, depending on your fleet's "Advanced Restricted Admin permission" settings.

Steps:

1. From your fleet library, choose a section (I.E. Emergency Procedures).

2. Select the black "Assign Items" at the bottom of the page.

3. Use the matrix to check or un-check which content is assigned to each asset.

4. Click "Update Assets".

Note: For large changes, it may take a moment or two to update all changes in all assets.

TIP: You can filter the list of CONTENT by TAG (if you have tags set up) using the options at the top of the page.
