Search, temporarily filter and sort

The "Filter" function allows you to temporarily manipulate the list display to search for an item, or sort by review date or edit date or filter by tag.

! Note the "Filter by Tag" function will only appear if one or more tags have been created in the Tag library.

Process:

1. From the fleet content section (E.G. Fleet policies), expand the "Show Filters" button at the top of the page.

2. Enter text in the search bar, OR

3. Select the "Sort By" and "Order" commands from the drop-down menus OR

4. Select "Filter items by Tag" to only show items with the selected tag/s.

5. Closing the Filter ribbon does will not affect the Saved Order.

6. The reset button will revert your displayed order back to the saved order.
