Removing users from you team

Removing someone from your team means they will no longer have access to your assets in the app, or have admin access to the web dashboard.

They can still be added to other fleets using OffshoreSMS, and view the history of any drills or inductions they may have completed on your assets.

You cannot remove someone from the Fleet if the user is still connected to one or more assets in any role.

Thier admin access status will not affect your ability to remove them from the fleet.

Only users assigned Full Admin can access this function.

Removing a user from your team:

Select the team member

Go to the "All Team Members" page and click on the user's tile.

Revoke any asset access

Ensure they are not assigned any roles on your assets by selecting "Asset Roles" and marking all as "No Access"

Remove them from the team

Click the "About" tab, then "Remove from Team" and confirm.

Automatic notifications

The user will receive an automatic in-app notification when they are removed from a fleet or their asset roles are changed
