Complete a custom form on a web browser

A custom form may only be completed on a PC or web browser if the form setting to "Allow Web Access" is checked. See Manage the form Settings for more information.

Users with admin permission are able to complete any custom log in the asset's profile.

External parties may be sent a link to the custom form.

Steps:

1. From the assets home page, select the Custom Forms Tab, then select the form to complete.

2. Select "Begin New Log" from the pop-up window. This will open a new browser tab with the public link to the form.

3. If the form settings allow external parties to complete the form, it will assume you are one and request a name on completion.

4. If the form settings only allow access to OffshoreSMS users with asset access, you will be asked to log in and the form will automatically capture your ID when you submit the form.
