The custom forms are great tool for operators to captured key events and information that may not be otherwise captured by the other logs in the app.

They can be completed by:

Admins can nominate one or more email addresses to automatically receive a summary of any completed forms.

Available Field types:

An open text field for any text or numbers.

! Input limited to 100 characters.

Allows ONLY numerical responses, up to 8 decimal places

An open text box for any text or numbers.

Captures the devices location data to produce a Lat and Long (the user can choose either decimal or degrees minutes and seconds), as well as What3Words location (useful for emergency services and particularly for non-vessel assets):

Every 3 metre square in the world has been given a unique address made of 3 random words, which is the what3words address. For example, the what3words address for the what3words’ London headquarters is Filled.Count.Soaparrow-up-right
