Delete a Custom Form

Information about how to delete a Custom Form template from the asset's list of available forms.

Custom Forms can only be archived, and we are still building out the archive library, so this functions effectively as Deleting the form.

Deleting a custom form will NOT affect the history of any completed forms.

This page describes how to remove a custom form from the list of available forms on an asset.

Deleting a form

1. From the asset's home page, select the "Custom Forms" tab.

2. Select the custom form you want to delete

3. Select "Form Settings", then "Archive this custom form"

4. Confirm the action in the pop up window.
