Share access to a custom form.

Share access and allow external persons to complete a custom form.

Our powerful custom forms are available to share with anyone you'd like, such us customers, contractors, auditors or anyone else with an email address.

  1. From the assets home page, select the Custom Forms tab.

  2. Select the form you'd like to share and click "Edit Custom Form"

  3. Select "Form Settings" at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Ensure the "Allow Web access" setting is checked

  5. Select "Copy Link" to add the Item to your devices clipboard

  6. Open your email handler and paste the link into a new email (CTRL + V).

Option 2 - copy and paste the web address:

  1. From the assets home page, select the Custom Forms tab.

  2. Select the form you'd like to share and click "Begin New Log"

  3. When the new page opens, use the cursor to highlight the URL web address and select CTRL + C

  4. Open your email handler and paste the link into a new email (CTRL + V).

Option 3 - share with passengers on a manifest:

This function is very popular with charter customers, particularly passenger waivers or charter agreements.

  1. Create a new Scheduled Trip. See Creating a scheduled or upcoming trip (add on feature)for information.

  2. From within the scheduled trip, select "View Manifest" form the passenger manifest section.

  3. Select "Add a Passenger" or select from any passengers already added.

  4. Ensure their Phone number is correct, then select "SMS trip link to passenger".

  5. If they have an email address listed, you can also email them the link.
