Manage other administrator's permissions and access

Learn how to manage the web dashboard access for other team members (users who are already added to a fleet)

Steps:

Go to the "Manage Crew" page

Click the Crew icon, top left of the fleet home page

Select the team member's tile whose access you would like to manage.

Click on the Dashboard Access tab

Click the dropdown list to set their access level

! Remember that restricted admins cannot edit fleet content, see assets that are not part of the group/s they have been assigned to, and will have some restrictions around managing team members.

Toggle on or off the groups of assets they will need access to

! Note: Your group names may be different to those in the image below, yours will be unique to your fleet.
