🆕Create a new Hazard/Defect

How to create a new hazard or defect.

Steps:

1. From your asset's home page, select the Maintenance tab, then "Hazard / Defect Register"

2. Select "+ Add Hazard / Defect"

3. Give your Hazard/Defect a title, and add more detail or items if required.

4. It is really useful to include a photo or two of the hazard / defect. Drag and drop an image from your file manager, or click "Add an Image" to browse your file library. You can add up to 3 images here.

5. If the Hazard or defect is associated with one or more plant or equipment items or fluid tanks, you can tag those item using the "Tagged P&E items" feature. This makes filtering the defect history much easier in the future.

6. Choose your priority level. This denotes the flag assigned to the Hazard/Defect.

7. Click Save.
