View Maintenance History

Information on how to view the maintenance history on an asset.

Note: The history function does not allow for a print or export feature. To generate reports that you can print or export see Creating and Exporting Custom Reports

Option 1 - from the Maintenance section

1. From the asset's home page select the Maintenance tab, then "Plant & Major Equipment"

2. On the right of screen choose either Scheduled Maintenance, General Maintenance or Fluid logs

3. On each of these pages you can use filter by P&E item, Person and Schedule using the filter tool at the top of the page.

Option 2 - from the History section

1. From the asset's home page select the "History" tab.

2. Choose either Scheduled Maintenance, General Maintenance or Fluid logs.

3. On each of these pages you can use filter by P&E item, Person and Schedule using the filter tool at the top of the page.

Note that in both cases the filters will only apply to the entries currently loaded on screen. To filter through further entries select the "Load More" button at the bottom of the list after the filter has been applied.
