☑️Unscheduled Maintenance Checklist

Information how to best use the Unscheduled Maintenance checklist feature.

The Unscheduled Maintenance is used as a prompt for ad-hoc or unscheduled maintenance reporting.

The checklist gives app users the options to pre-populate the maintenance report with options from the checklist. E.G.:

• General Repairs

• Contractor Maintenance

• Inspections

• Part or item replaced

Create and manage checklist items:

1. From the asset's home page, select the Maintenance tab, then "Unscheduled Maintenance Checklist".

2. Click "Add Content" to add new checklist items (you can choose to write your own, choose from our helpers, or select from the list of fleet items if there are any).

3. Use the Sort/filter menu to manage your display list.

4. Use the "Update Saved order" to manage the order for all users.
