🔎 It is a great opportunity to review the existing SMS and see which items may be out of date, or that need to be changed or added to.
✂️ It is a perfect time to focus on simplification if you can - remember that the bigger the SMS and the more written content, the less likely that anyone will read it regularly. Focus on dot points and short, to-the-point sentences.
💡 You will become very familiar with the layout of the content in OffshoreSMS and this will make it easier to review and update your SMS going forward.

Process:
Navigate to the section you want to edit.
Click the "Add Content" button, and choose "Write New Item"
Give your item a title.
Type in your content, paste from your clipboard OR
Use the "AI Content generator" to build your new content. (it may take a second or two to begin writing after you've entered your prompt)...
Add some coloured icons to focus the readers attention where it's needed.
