Offline P&E items

Marking a P&E item will assign a flag to the item alerting other users of a potential fault or issue when they are viewing it either in-app or on the web dashboard.

Updating the Online/Offline status of a P&E Item or Tank

  1. To mark an item offline, select the green "Tick" icon on the right side of the item's tile

  2. Toggle the icon to "Offline" and select "Update".

  3. To mark it back online, select the Offline icon where the tick used to be and toggle the icon back to "Online".
