Important asset documents

Information on managing the document library for the asset

A great place to store documents or images that your crew will need access to, like asset certificates, Safety Data sheets, vessel layout diagrams, stability docs, equipment certificates or manuals for app users to view.

NOTE: There is a maximum 4MB limit per item

The system accepts .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .pdf files.

NOTE: the order and content of the fleet documents is set in the fleet document library. See Managing the Fleet Libraryfor more information.

Uploading a Document:

1. From the asset's home page, select the "Information" tab, then "Important documents".

2. Select the green "+ Add Content" button and a window will appear.

3. Choose to upload a new document or choose from the fleet library.

4. Choosing from the fleet library: Select the documents required then select update.

5. Adding a new document: Either drag and drop into the window or click to choose from the files on your computer.

6. Drag and drop to re-order the asset documents.S
