Enable/Disable auto-renewal

Information on how to manage the auto renewal function

Only Full Admins can manage the billing settings

The default setting is OFF.

The auto renew setting is unique to each asset. Check each of your assets to ensure the settings for each are as you require

You must have a valid card saved for the auto renewal to work. If there is no card or the card has expired, the subscription will not auto renew.

Steps:

Select the "Assets" tab.

From the fleet billing page, select the "Assets" tab.

Choose the asset

Select from your list of assets

Select "Turn On Auto-Renew"

From the status box on the right of screen, select the "Auto renew" button. It will now read "Auto Renew Active".

To disable auto-renew, select "Auto Renew Active"

Click on the same button to disable Auto-renew.
